ACTION REQUIRED: HOA FEE & UNFINISHED LOT WEED LETTERS


It has come to our attention that Astoria has sent some of the mail-outs of the 2023 HOA fees erroneously as registered mail, resulting in community members being required to pick them up at Cochrane Post Office. If you are one of the affected households, please accept our sincere apologies.


We recognize this unnecessarily wastes time and energy for those affected and rest assured we will be taking this up with Astoria and ensuring it does not happen again.
