Our community began in 2004 and consists of 62 unique lots for our community members to call home on two or four acres. Located only 8 minutes west of Calgary and 2.6km north of Highway 1A on Lochend Road our community is built on the vision that we have our space and a space to connect with neighbours, family, and friends.

 

Our board is dedicated to increasing people’s enjoyment of their properties, growing property values and creating space to live in an amazing community. Our residents enjoy the opportunity to be surrounded by a true sense of community spirit and connection while still having the quite space of an acreage.
